Before getting her license and becoming an agent, Jessica worked at PNC Bank as a financial consultant. She has her bachelor’s degree in both Communication Studies and English Literature from Grove City College.
Jessica lives in Brighton Heights with her husband, their two children, and their dog, where she is an active part of the community and a member of the Brighton Heights Citizen's Federation. She is a Five Star Agent on Zillow, the Judge of Elections for her voting precinct, a member of The Junior League of Pittsburgh, the Brighton Heights Garden Witches, the Women’s Literary Guild, and a member of the Realtor's Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh.

Meredith is dedicated to building relationships with her clients while assisting them with the sale or purchase of their home. She is energetic, practical, and focused on supporting her clients through their transactions.
Meredith works with both buyers and sellers. An experienced buyer’s agent, she truly enjoys every home tour she takes with her buyers, and loves helping to match them with their dream homes! Prior to starting her career in real estate, she worked as an elementary special education teacher in York County, Virginia. She has her bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Grove City College.
Meredith lives in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband, daughter, son, and their dog. In her free time, she loves teaching dance at PineTree Performing Arts Center as a guest instructor. An avid gardener, she is involved in a local garden club, as well as the Greater Pittsburgh Dahlia Society.

Jess specializes in working with first time home buyers and relocation. She loves the process of being in a buyer's corner during a huge moment in their lives - especially for the first time! With a degree in Marketing and Public Relations, and a previous career in the music industry, Jess understands the importance of attention to detail and clear communication in business. After studying and working in London, Jess moved to Pittsburgh in 2016. While Pittsburgh isn't her hometown, she has pride for our city unlike anywhere else and feels lucky to call it home.
In addition to being a full time agent, Jess is also Jessica Baker's assistant. Jess corresponds with clients, manages transaction timelines, assists Jessica with brand management, and creates social media materials. Jess lives in Oakland with her boyfriend and their dog, Kevin! Jess loves interior design and is over the moon to offer any solicited advice to her clients! You can typically find Jess asking people to pet their dogs, hiking at a city park, in the Strip District during the weekend, watching the USWNT, trying a new coffee spot (PGH knows coffee), snowboarding in Hidden Valley or traveling.

Ellise is a native of Frederick, Maryland. She attended Saint Vincent College where she earned her bachelor’s degree. While earning her degree Ellise fell in love with Pittsburgh and decided to stay for good.
Ellise’s prior professional experience has moulded her into the ultimate professional. Ellise is warm and personable immediately upon meeting her, allowing you to feel comfortable with her from the get go. Ellise believes there’s nothing more satisfying than helping someone achieve their goals and making a friend in the process. This belief is at the core of all Ellise does, especially in how she interacts and develops relationships with clients. Emma and her partner currently live in the East End with their two rescue cats. Emma’s favorite activities include taking her renovated 1986 Toyota RV on adventures throughout the region, singing in a women’s choir, and discovering treasures while antiquing!

Pearl Kumar Young is an Indian American, born in South India and raised in the Midwest. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Fine Arts. Upon graduating she traveled to Indian and Africa working with multiple charitable organizations. When Returning she worked as a professional makeup artist and marketing manager before beginning her real estate career. After living in Dallas, Texas for nearly a decade, she settled in the city of Pittsburgh in 2020 with her husband and three children.
Residing in the East End community, Pearl enjoys big city living and exploring everything Pittsburgh has to offer. She loves trying new restaurants around town, almost as much as entertaining guests at their family home. Interior design and reimagining spaces for clients is one of her favorite pastimes, offering candid yet thoughtful advice.

Jenn loves all things Pittsburgh, and she takes great joy in helping her clients find their forever home! Jenn grew up in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh before receiving her bachelor’s degree in communications from Pennsylvania State University. After college, Jenn has spent time living in multiple city neighborhoods and the northern suburbs before settling into her home in the city.
Before starting her career in Real Estate, Jenn has worked in project management with FedEx Ground, the security industry and in sales. Her experience has taught her the importance of details, cultivating relationships, and open, honest communication. Jenn currently serves as the Education Chair of the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Community Liver Alliance (CLA).
Jenn and her husband, Chris reside in the neighborhood of Brighton Heights with their two dogs, Sidney and Bowie. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, crafting, concerts and spending time with her family and friends.
