Jessica earned her broker’s license while at Achieve Realty, where she leads with integrity and deep market knowledge. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and English Literature from Grove City College and brings both clarity and creativity to every transaction.

Based in Brighton Heights, Jessica lives with her husband, their two children, a pomeranian, some koi, and some chickens. She’s an active member of her community, serving as the Judge of Elections for her voting precinct and volunteering on the Brighton Heights House Tour Committee. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction, playing paddle tennis, and thrifting. Jessica and her family are also proud to be part of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church community in the North Hills.

She’s committed to being responsive, organized, and fun every step of the way - giving you the confidence that someone reliable is always in your corner.

With a degree in Marketing and Public Relations, alongside five years in the music business, Jess deeply understands the importance of attention to detail and transparent communication. In addition to her role as a dedicated full-time agent, Jess spent five years building her expertise as Jessica Baker's assistant, having coordinated over 150 transactions. Jess brings this extensive real estate knowledge to each client interaction.

Jess lives in Oakland with her fiancé and their beloved dog, Kevin. In her free time, Jess loves exploring our city parks, weekends in the Strip District, cheering on the USWNT, discovering new coffee spots (because, let's face it, Pittsburgh knows coffee), snowboarding at Hidden Valley, or on her next adventure!

BreAnn is very energetic and compassionate; she puts these aspects of her personality to use when helping her clients in their home search. Bre realizes the value of being a good listener and often finds the best place to start is to find out “What you don't want.”
After BreAnn's own home purchase, she fell in love with the process and decided to pursue getting her real estate license. Before becoming a full time agent, she spent many years building a bridal styling business. BreAnn loves to be a part of major events in people's lives! BreAnn also attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for interior design and loves creating functional, beautiful spaces. She also spent 6 years homeschooling her children and is a master multi-tasker. BreAnn makes sure to approach each client with patience and care, and she'd love to be a part of your journey, whether you're selling or buying!
Breann currently lives in Brighton Heights with her four girls. You can find her working on house projects, crafting, having a dance party with her girls, or reading historical fiction.
meet matthew
Matthew has been in the real estate industry since 2013. At the beginning, he was a Realtor part-time. He lost his job in 2014 and decided to make real estate a full time career. He has been involved in a variety of areas in real estate. He has represented buyers, sellers, & real estate investors in purchase and selling transactions. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Matthew loves helping people with their real estate needs.
In wanting to expand his career Matthew decided to obtain his brokers license. In 2019 he passed his brokers exam making him an associate broker.
During his time as a Realtor, he discovered he wanted to explore the mortgage industry. Matthew always had an interest in finance. He began his mortgage career in 2020 working for WesBanco. He decided to switch his business to Dollar Bank where he currently works full-time.
Matthew is very excited to bring his experience in real estate and finance to the Jessica Baker Team!
During his free time he loves spending time with his wife Danielle and daughter Amelia. He is also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan!

Reycell is a transaction coordinator and admin team member with a degree in psychology and over three years of experience in real estate. She was drawn to this role by her interest in the structure and pace of the real estate world. She enjoys staying organized, keeping track of deadlines, and ensuring every step of the process is handled efficiently.
What she enjoys most is the behind-the-scenes coordination—handling documents, timelines, and communication to keep things moving. Reycell takes pride in supporting both agents and clients through one of life’s biggest milestones and finds purpose in being a reliable point of contact throughout the transaction.
Outside of work, Reycell lives for adventure. She’s always seeking new experiences, whether it’s traveling to a new destination, taking on an adrenaline-pumping activity, or trying something completely out of her comfort zone. An avid runner and gym-goer, she believes in living an active, balanced life—and her dog, Dahlia, is always along for the ride.
